一、前言种子生活力与发芽率之间有着极为密切的相关关系,人们利用这种关系通过实践探索,研究出许多快速测定种子生活力的方法。红四氮唑染色法(以下简称四唑染色法)就是其中较好的一种。这一方法具有快速、准确、稳定和不受种子休眠期限制的优点。我们选用本省主要粮食作物——小麦种子作材料,从测定方法、技术着手,进行了种子生活力与发芽率相关性的初步分析,为在种子检验工作中广泛应用四唑染色法提供参考。
I. Introduction There is a very close relationship between seed viability and germination rate. People use this relationship to explore through practice, and many methods for rapid determination of seed viability have been developed. Red tetrazolium staining (hereinafter referred to as tetrazolium staining) is one of the better. This method has the advantage of being fast, accurate, stable and insensitive to seed dormancy. We selected the main grain crops of our province as wheat seed material, and proceeded with the preliminary analysis of the correlation between seed viability and germination rate based on the determination methods and techniques, providing a reference for the extensive application of tetrazolium staining in seed testing.
