目的研究B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2及半胱天冬酶-3在子宫肌瘤中的表达,探讨二者与子宫肌瘤发生、发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶(SP)法检测30例子宫平滑肌瘤及周围正常子宫肌层组织中B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2及半胱天冬酶-3的表达。结果子宫肌瘤组织中B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2表达显著高于周围正常子宫肌层组织(P<0.01);子宫肌瘤组织中半胱天冬酶-3的表达显著低于周围正常子宫肌层组织(P<0.01)。B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2在子宫肌瘤中的表达有周期性差异,分泌期高于增生期(P<0.01);半胱天冬酶-3在子宫肌瘤及肌层中的表达无周期性(P>0.05)。结论 B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2在子宫肌瘤中的高表达和半胱天冬酶-3的低表达提示子宫肌瘤细胞的凋亡被抑制,可能是子宫肌瘤发生的机制之一;B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2在子宫肌瘤中表达的周期性,提示肌瘤在不同月经周期生长速度不同,其表达可能受性激素的调节。
Objective To study the expression of B-cell lymphoma / leukemia-2 and caspase-3 in uterine fibroids and to explore the relationship between them and the occurrence and development of uterine fibroids. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) method was used to detect the expression of B-cell lymphoma / leukemia-2 and caspase-3 in 30 cases of uterine leiomyoma and surrounding normal myometrium expression. Results The expression of B-cell lymphoma / leukemia-2 in uterine fibroid tissue was significantly higher than that in the surrounding normal myometrium (P <0.01). The expression of caspase-3 in uterine myoma was significantly lower than that in the surrounding normal uterus Muscle tissue (P <0.01). The expression of B-cell lymphoma / leukemia-2 in uterine leiomyoma had periodic difference, which was higher than that in proliferative phase (P <0.01). The expression of caspase-3 in myoma and myometrium Periodicity (P> 0.05). Conclusions The high expression of B-cell lymphoma / leukemia-2 in uterine fibroids and the low expression of caspase-3 suggest that the apoptosis of uterine fibroids is inhibited and may be one of the mechanisms of uterine fibroids. The periodicity of B-cell lymphoma / leukemia-2 expression in uterine fibroids suggests that fibroids may have different growth rates in different menstrual cycles and may be regulated by sex hormones.
