事业单位是我国经济发展中重要的政治体制,对社会发展做出了巨大的贡献。随着市场经济的发展,事业单位面临着重大的变革,所以事业单位中的经济管理也相应的发生了变化。经济管理对事业单位日常开展经济活动进行总体规划,并且制定发展计划,指挥发展方向,同时对经济活动的开展进行监督管理,确保事业单位生产经营以及各项经济活动的顺利开展。文章对于事业单位经济管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,然后提出了解决对策,对于促进事业单位经济管理工作的顺利开展具有重要的意义。
