目的：提高血细胞分析仪异常结果的复查,避免白血病的漏诊.方法：A-C900血细胞分析仪检测结果带有报警信号或结果异常的标本均涂片、染色、油镜下分类（100～200）个有核细胞.结果：门诊14 529人次血常规检测发现6例白血病.结论：仪器不能克服各种干扰,只能通过复检才能纠正错误.
