企业成本的高低与企业业绩紧密相关,在影响企业业绩的诸多要素中,成本一直受到企业经营管理者的特别关注。由于种种原因,我国企业的成本管理水平较低,理念也较为落后,尤其对于中小企业来讲,广泛采用过时的传统成本管理方法,制约了企业的进一步发展。本文基于调查问卷统计,分析了中小企业成本管理存在的问题,提出了解决对策措施。本文认为:传统的成本管理方法已经难以适应现代企业的需要,基于价值链分析的成本管理将逐步成为先进的成本管理方式。
