磷石膏是磷化工产业的伴生废弃物,其自身具有一定的强度和刚度。为改善石膏空腔模无梁楼盖的技术经济指标,考虑石膏模参与结构工作。对磷石膏-混凝土组合肋板进行了弯曲静力试验,研究两种不同加载方式下结构的性能,同时采用有限元分析方法,对试验进行了数值模拟。研究表明:剪力连接件设计合理,石膏与混凝土间无相对滑移;1/4跨处对称施加线荷载和跨中施加线荷载时,试件裂缝开展模式不尽相同;考虑石膏参与工作,结构的刚度有所提高,但程度有限,石膏对结构的承载力的影响也很小。
Phosphogypsum is an associated waste of the phosphorus chemical industry, which itself has a certain strength and rigidity. In order to improve the technical and economic indexes of gypsum cavity moldless floor, consider the gypsum mold participation in the structure work. The static test of the phosphogypsum-concrete composite stiffener was carried out. The performance of the structure under two different loading methods was studied. At the same time, the finite element analysis method was used to simulate the experiment. The research shows that the design of shear connectors is reasonable and there is no relative slip between gypsum and concrete. When the load is symmetrically applied at 1/4 span and the linear load is applied across the span, the crack initiation modes are different. Considering the participation of gypsum, The stiffness of the structure has been increased, but to a limited extent, the effect of gypsum on the bearing capacity of the structure is also small.
