采用微滴定板和酶联免疫分析仪测定抗坏血酸,比常规光度法简便快速。磷钼蓝法与邻二氮 菲-铁(Ⅲ)法双对数回归方程相关系数分别为 0. 9998和 0. 9999,最低检出限分别为 1.04mg/孔和 0.029μg/孔,回收率分别为99.2%和99.3%,测得维生素C片的含量分别为标示量的97.5%和 97.3%。邻二氮菲-铁(Ⅲ)法灵敏度高且比常规光度法操作简便,快速灵敏。
