[目的]观察通心络与阿托伐他汀联合应用对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的降脂效果及对血管内皮功能的影响。[方法]入选的91例UA,总胆固醇(TC)≥4.68mmol/L,将其随机分为通心络与阿托伐他汀联合组(联合组)及阿托伐他汀组(对照组)。两组均为每晚口服阿托伐他汀20mg,联合组每天加服通心络胶囊2粒,每天3次。测定治疗前及治疗4、8周后血脂、C反应蛋白(CRP)、内皮素(ET)、肝肾功能及肌酸激酶(CK)。[结果]联合组及对照组均能明显降低血脂、CPR、及ET水平(P<0.05),但联合组效果更佳。[结论]UA联合应用通心络与阿托伐他汀能明显降低血脂,减轻炎症、稳定斑块、改善内皮功能。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Tongxinluo combined with atorvastatin on lipid-lowering effect and its effect on endothelial function in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UA). [Method] The 91 UA patients were enrolled and the total cholesterol (TC) ≥4.68mmol / L. They were randomly divided into Tongxinluo and atorvastatin group (combination group) and atorvastatin group (control group). Both groups were orally administered atorvastatin 20mg per night, the combination group plus serving Tongxinluo capsule 2 capsules 3 times a day. Blood lipids, C-reactive protein (CRP), endothelin (ET), liver and kidney function and creatine kinase (CK) were measured before treatment and 4 and 8 weeks after treatment. [Results] Both the combination group and the control group could significantly reduce the level of blood lipids, CPR and ET (P <0.05), but the combination group was better. [Conclusion] UA combined with Tongxinluo and atorvastatin can reduce blood lipid, reduce inflammation, stabilize plaque and improve endothelial function.
