主任、各位副主任、秘书长、各位委员:3月31日,本次常委会会议对《湖北省著名商标认定和促进条例(草案二审稿)》(以下简称草案二审稿)进行了审议。委员们认为,草案二审稿较好吸收了省十届人大常委会一审时的审议意见和各方面的意见,特别是结合专家意见,作了较大修改,比较成熟,建议适当修改后提交本次常委会会议表决。同时,提出了一些具体修改意见。会后,法规工作室会同省工商局,根据委员的意见,对草案二审稿作了认真研究修改。4月2日,法制委员会召开会议,对草案二审稿进行了审议,省人大财经委员会负责人列席了会议。现将审议修改情况说明如下:
