在有限计划期内,考虑不同顾客(例如:高端和低端顾客)具有不同的缺货等待成本,企业可以采用生产或者外包的方式满足不同顾客需求。在生产和外包两种策略下,企业有五种不同的服务方式,而最优外包期不一定满足“零库存外包”规则,最优生产期不一定满足“零库存生产”规则,但满足高端顾客需求的生产期必须包含满足低端顾客需求的生产期。基于此性质,提出了一个多项式算法得到最优的生产及外包策略,并为每类顾客制定相应的服务策略,计算复杂度为O(N3),并通过算例分析了五种不同的服务策略。最后,拓展到多类顾客的需求环境,根据特殊的生产法则和顾客分类方法,分别设计了一种启发式算法,得到企业的生产及外包策略。
During the limited planning period, considering the different out-of-stock waiting costs for different customers (for example, high-end and low-end customers), the enterprise can meet the needs of different customers by means of production or outsourcing. Based on this property, a polynomial algorithm is proposed to get the optimal production and outsourcing strategies, and the corresponding service strategies are formulated for each type of customers. Finally, it expands to the demand environment of many kinds of customers, designs a heuristic algorithm according to the special production rules and customer classification methods, and obtains the production and outsourcing strategies of enterprises.
