“美好的教育”是个抽象的概念,不同阶层、不同角色的人都会有不同的认识和解释。但从教育的本质来看,美好的教育应是促进每个人适性发展的教育。因而,我们可以用这样的方式来描述或定义美好的教育——“美好的教育”即让每个人获得适性发展的教育。何为适性的教育?怎样的教育才符合适性教育的价值追求。我认为有两点必不可少:一是致力适性教育过程的“因材施教”;二是正确反映适性教育成果的“适性评价”。鉴于孔夫子
“Good education ” is an abstract concept. People of different social strata and different roles have different understandings and interpretations. However, from the essence of education, a good education should be an education that promotes the adaptive development of everyone. Thus, we can describe or define good education in such a way that “good education” is education for everyone to have a decent development. What is appropriate education? What kind of education is consistent with the value of education for the pursuit of fitness. I think there are two essential points: one is committed to the process of adaptive education, “teaching students according to their aptitude”; the other is the “fitness evaluation” that correctly reflects the results of adaptive education. In view of Confucius
