2005—2012年对瓯江唇的全人工繁殖进行研究,并对其胚胎发育时序及发育阶段进行详细的描述。结果如下:在人工养殖的条件下,对池塘养殖的瓯江唇亲本进行注射混合催产激素,在水温17~22℃,效应时间为20~22 h,其催产率、受精率和孵化率为86.8%,71.4%和90.9%,瓯江唇胚胎在18~20℃条件下,整个胚胎发育过程历时约88 h20 min,所需积温A=1 678.33(h·℃)。研究为瓯江唇的生产提供技术支持,为瓯江唇的池塘养殖和人工增殖放流提供了充足的苗种,促进了瓯江唇养殖产业的发展。
From 2005 to 2012, the artificial propagation of OuJiang Lipu was studied, and its embryonic development sequence and development stage were described in detail. The results were as follows: Under the conditions of artificial breeding, the mixed otrophic hormone of Oujiang lip was cultured in ponds at the temperature of 17 22 ℃ and the effect time of 20 22 h. The rate of oxytocin, fertilization and hatching were 86.8%, 71.4% and 90.9%, respectively. During the period of 18-20 ℃, the whole embryo development of Oujiang larvae lasted about 88 h 20 min, and the required accumulated temperature A = 1678.33 h · ° C.
