随着社会知识经济的发展,企业之间主要的竞争取决于人才的竞争,尤其是在事业单位当中,人才的质量代表着企业资源水平的高低。而激励机制作为人才管理的重要手段,为企业经济效益提高起着促进作用。激励机制是根据不同企业的实际情况采取相应的激励机制来提高工作效率和质量的方式,影响着员工的工作的积极性主动性。但目前我国事业单位的人力资源管理仍存在很多不足,本文主要针对人员管理问题提出合理化的建议,为事业单位人力资源管理中激励机制的完善提供了参考。
With the development of social knowledge-based economy, the main competition among enterprises depends on the competition of talents, especially among institutions. The quality of talents represents the level of enterprise resources. The incentive mechanism as an important means of talent management, for the improvement of economic efficiency of enterprises play a catalytic role. Incentive mechanism is based on the actual situation of different enterprises to take appropriate incentives to improve work efficiency and quality of the way, affecting the enthusiasm of the staff initiative. However, there are still many deficiencies in the human resources management in our country. This paper mainly puts forward proposals for rationalization of personnel management and provides reference for the improvement of the incentive mechanism in the human resources management of public institutions.
