目的了解宜兴市2009年麻疹流行病学特征,为加速控制麻疹提供依据。方法对2009年麻疹病例进行流行病学分析。结果宜兴市麻疹发病为散发,年发病率为2.76/10万。发病高发季节为2—4月。该地人口发病以15岁以上病例为主;流动人口发病以7岁以下为主,该地人口发病率明显低于流动人口。结论应加强在初来宜兴市的流动人口中麻疹疫苗接种的宣传,适时开展麻疹疫苗强化免疫,保持高水平的实际免疫覆盖率和免疫成功率;加强该地15岁以上人口麻疹接种率与流动儿童的免疫接种管理,消除免疫空白,是宜兴市控制和消除麻疹的重点。
