目的 观察降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)对急性分离心肌细胞在模拟缺血缺氧状态下胞内钙的影响 .方法 急性分离心肌细胞在模拟缺血缺氧状态下 ,以 Fluo- 3作为钙指示剂 ,用共聚焦显微镜测定胞内钙的变化 .结果 急性缺血缺氧时 ,心肌细胞胞内钙浓度降低 ,加入 CGRP后 ,钙浓度恢复 ;先加入 CGRP,再在缺血缺氧的条件下 ,胞内钙浓度基本保持不变 .结论 CGRP可恢复因急性缺血缺氧而导致的细胞内钙浓度降低
Objective To investigate the effect of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) on intracellular calcium in acutely isolated cardiomyocytes under simulated ischemia and hypoxia.Methods Acutely isolated cardiomyocytes were treated with Fluo-3 as calcium And the changes of intracellular calcium were detected by confocal microscopy.Results The intracellular calcium concentration of myocardial cells decreased after acute ischemia and hypoxia.CGRP concentration was restored after adding CGRP.CGRP was first added and then in the condition of hypoxia and hypoxia , The intracellular calcium concentration remained unchanged.Conclusion CGRP can restore the reduction of intracellular calcium concentration caused by acute ischemia and hypoxia
