通过对多数重组煤矿井进行调查,发现大多数矿井都存在有破碎断层、空巷。对这类矿井需要必要的充填,才能方便工作面的推进与顶板支护管理。通过试验对能够满足煤矿膏体充填要求的胶结材料进行探索,试验采取正交试验的方法,比较了普通硅酸盐水泥、聚羧酸减水剂与粉煤灰三者之间不同配比的胶结性能。试验的骨料为某重组矿井的原煤,胶结材料以粉煤灰与水泥为主,添加剂为聚羧酸减水剂。通过正交试验,得出最终结论:选取水泥∶原煤∶粉煤灰=1∶3∶4,膏体浓度78%,减水剂添加量1.0%时,可以满足巷道充填的要求。
Through the investigation of most of the reorganized coal mines, it is found that most of the mines have crushed faults and vacant lanes. This type of mine requires the necessary filling in order to facilitate the promotion of work surfaces and roof support management. The cementing materials that can meet the filling requirements of coalmine paste were explored through experiments. The orthogonal test was used to compare the different proportions of ordinary portland cement, polycarboxylate superplasticizer and fly ash Caking performance. The experimental aggregate is a coal of a reorganized mine, the cementing material is mainly fly ash and cement, and the additive is a polycarboxylate water reducing agent. Through the orthogonal test, the final conclusion is drawn: when the cement is selected, raw coal: fly ash = 1: 3: 4, paste concentration 78% and water reducing agent 1.0%, the requirements of roadway filling can be satisfied.
