  On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the founding of Gofront Dyeing & Finishing Machinery Manufacturer Ltd., the Documentary “Originality Made”made by CCTV-9 Discovery channel, during which Gofront Dyeing & Finishing was selected as the first dyeing and finishing equipment manufacturing enterprise in China, presented its premiere in Guangzhou, on November 24th, 2017.
  The successful selection gave the credit to its perseverance for two decades in staying true to the mission and seeking increasing perfection. Themed on “Creative Force”, the documentary gave a vivid record of the innovative development of the company and the originality spirit of the staff, not only showing the new look of textile enterprises in the new era but also giving a new definition to science and technology, fashion, and green textile with in-depth feeling of responsibility of the textile industry in China’s intelligent manufacturing and green development.

Another unique product from GOFRONT.   Liquor ratio for yarn in cones is 1:3; Liquor ratio for yarn in beams is 1:3.5 to 4.0.
  Process water consumption ≤45Ton/Ton yarn, over 68% savings compared with traditional machines.
  Electrical consumption ≤500 KW/Ton yarn, over 70% savings compared with traditional machines.

  Dual flow nozzle system:
  With special design of dual flow nozzle system, the purpose for the first nozzle which is located on the top fabric type is to arrange the towel loop after passing through this nozzle to avoid loops distortion and backwards movement that can improve the towel softness. The special design for dual flow nozzles is to make the textiles like woolen blankets,woolen blush, etc. to avoid loops distortion and backwards movement to ensures even dyeing, comfortable hand feel and obtain the desired fabric quality after textiles passing the second interchange of dyeing liquor.
  Fabric transpory system:
  with dual flow nozzle, inner winch and extra low tension can shorten fabric cycle, short distance fabric lifting system form fabric trough to reel avoids damage on the fabric surface of towel or other loose fiber fabric and ensuring the textile size without elongation.
  Fabric loading system:
  Patented design round main kier equipped with D.R.S. (DIVERGING RING SHAPE) mirror-polished fabric trough at the bottom of the kier, lined with Teflon pipe forwards and Teflon plate backwards of smooth and orderly fabric transport. The shape of nozzle fabric loading area is transiting form circular to rectangle, making the fabrics extending to fabric trough and changing the fabric pattern, solving the problem of crease marks caused by the different pattern during dyeing process. Further, the special design of reciprocating plaiter system maximizes fabric loading. Programmable fabric adjusting plate allows loading of fabrics with various GSM for capacity adjustment.
