用动态 D S C方法研究了叔胺( D M B A)催化的丙烯酸树脂/环氧树脂交联反应,并用3 种方法对实验结果进行了动力学分析。结果表明,在不同的升温速度及催化剂浓度下,交联反应活化能均在90 k J/m ol左右,反应级数n及阿累尼乌斯频率因子ln A 也分别在1.2~1.4 以及 20~22 之间。实验结果还显示了升温速度及催化剂浓度的改变对活化能和阿累尼乌斯频率因子基本无影响,而反应级数却随升温速度及催化剂浓度的增加而轻微下降。
The dynamic D S C method was used to study the crosslinking reaction of acrylic resin / epoxy resin catalyzed by tertiary amine (D M B A). The kinetic analysis of the experimental results was carried out by three methods. The results show that the activation energy of the cross-linking reaction is about 90 kJ / mol at different heating rates and catalyst concentrations. The reaction order n and the Arnius frequency factor lnA are also in the range of 1.2-1 .4 and between 20 and 22. The experimental results also show that the change of heating rate and catalyst concentration has almost no effect on the activation energy and the Arrhenius frequency factor, but the reaction order decreases slightly with the increase of heating rate and catalyst concentration.
