为使灌区水资源得到合理的优化配置,根据3S技术能够快速获取信息的特点,在满足灌区作物基本需水量和不同水价标准的前提下,建立了以灌区渠道水量损失最小和水费收入最高为目标的配水模型.以冯家山水库北干十一支灌区为例,用3S技术获取不同作物在不同灌溉制度下的需水量数据,并根据来水水量对模型进行求解,得到各斗渠的配水水量,以及灌区水价最高时的总收入.结果表明,本模型具有很强的实用性、操作性和推广性.
