目的:了解2015年南京医科大学附属南京医院(以下简称“我院”)门诊心脑血管类中药注射剂的应用情况,为促进中药注射剂在我院的合理应用提供参考。方法:利用医院信息系统所提供的数据,对2015年我院门诊心脑血管类中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用及药品销售金额排序与用药频度排序的排序比等进行统计分析。结果:2015年我院心脑血管类中药注射剂的销售金额为271.18万元,占中药注射剂总销售金额316.57万元的85.66%;各季度心脑血管类中药注射剂的销售金额存在一定差别,第3季度最少,第4季度最多,与心脑血管疾病“夏季低发、冬季高发”的特点相符;销售金额和用药频度排序居前3位的药品为舒血宁注射液、注射用血栓通和注射用灯盏花素;限定日费用排序居前3位的药品为疏血通注射液、注射用血栓通和舒血宁注射液;大多数药品的排序比≥1.0。结论:心脑血管类中药注射剂在我院应用广泛,其使用较稳定、合理,应用前景较好,但规范心脑血管类中药注射剂的合理应用仍具有重要意义。
Objective: To understand the application status of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular medicine in Nanjing Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) in 2015, and provide references for promoting the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital. Methods: Based on the data provided by the hospital information system, the sales amount, the frequency of medication, the limit day cost, the sort of drug sales amount and the sorting ratio of the frequency of medication in 2015 outpatient cardiovascular and cerebrovascular Chinese medicine injection were counted analysis. Results: In 2015, the sales amount of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular medicine injection in our hospital was 2.7118 million yuan, accounting for 85.66% of the total sales volume of Chinese medicine injection 3.1657 million yuan; there was a certain difference in the sales amount of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular medicine injections in all quarters, and the third The lowest in the fourth quarter, the highest in the fourth quarter, consistent with the characteristics of cardiovascular disease “low in summer and high in winter.” The drugs with the top three sales volume and medication frequency were Shuxuening Injection, Xueshuantong Injection and Breviscapine for injection; the drugs with the top three ranking days are Shuxuetong Injection, Xueshuantong Injection and Shuxuening Injection; the ranking of most drugs is ≥1.0. Conclusion: The cardiovascular and cerebrovascular traditional Chinese medicine injections are widely used in our hospital, their use is stable and reasonable, and their application prospects are good. However, it is of great significance to regulate the rational application of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular Chinese injections.
