目的探讨PTEN及LGI1蛋白在脑缺血组织中的表达。方法用免疫组化S-P法检测60例不同时间大鼠一侧脑缺血组织中及正常脑组织中PTEN及LGI1蛋白的表达。结果 PTEN在正常组与缺血组阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=8.26,P<0.01);正常组强阳性率与缺血组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=20.98,P<0.01);缺血1h组与缺血4h组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=7.62,P<0.01);缺血2h组与缺血4h组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=4.80,P<0.05);表明随着缺血时间的推移,表达逐渐增强。LGI1在正常组与缺血组阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=10.57,P<0.01);正常组强阳性率与缺血组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=28.42,P<0.01,);缺血1h组与缺血4h组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=11.90,P<0.01);缺血2h组与缺血4h组强阳性率有显著性差异(χ2=3.91,P<0.05);表明随着缺血时间的推移,表达也逐渐增强。在缺血脑组织中PTEN与LGI1有显著相关性(r=0.836,P<0.01)。结论脑缺血组织中存在PTEN及LGI1高表达,两者有显著相关性,并且随着缺血时间的推移,表达逐渐增强。
Objective To investigate the expression of PTEN and LGI1 in cerebral ischemia. Methods The expressions of PTEN and LGI1 in 60 cases of bilateral cerebral ischemia and normal brain tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results There was a significant difference in the positive rate of PTEN between the normal group and the ischemic group (χ2 = 8.26, P <0.01). There was a significant difference between the positive rate of PTEN and the strong rate of ischemia (χ2 = 20.98, P <0.01) (Χ2 = 7.62, P <0.01). There was a significant difference in the positive rates of ischemic 2h and 4h (χ2 = 4.80, P < 0.05), indicating that with the passage of ischemia, the expression gradually increased. The positive rate of LGI1 in normal group and ischemic group was significantly different (χ2 = 10.57, P <0.01). The positive rate of LGI1 was significantly different from that of ischemic group (χ2 = 28.42, P <0.01) (Χ2 = 3.91, P <0.01). There was a significant difference in the positive rate of ischemia between 1h group and ischemia 4h group (χ2 = 11.90, P <0.01) 0.05), indicating that with the passage of ischemia, the expression also gradually increased. There was a significant correlation between PTEN and LGI1 in ischemic brain tissue (r = 0.836, P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of PTEN and LGI1 in cerebral ischemic tissue is highly correlated with each other, and the expression of PTEN and LGI1 is significantly correlated with the expression of LGI1.
