Syncope refers to the flight crew in flight, especially by the head - basin acceleration under the sudden short-term loss of consciousness. This phenomenon can lead to serious first-class flight accident. To prevent or reduce the occurrence of such phenomena, the study of air syncope is one of the most important topics in aeromedicine. This paper attempts to elucidate the characteristics of cerebral blood flow changes observed in airborne syncope pilots under simulated head-to-basin accelerations. Experimental methods Observation object: 31 male pilots, divided into two groups. The first group of 20 people, aged 20 to 37 years old, an average of 26.4 years of age, the pilots in the group in the near future (within three months) had a syncope, referred to as syncope group; the second group
