目的：探讨复方氟米松软膏联合皮肤屏障保湿剂治疗神经性皮炎的近期临床疗效。方法选择80例神经性皮炎患者，随机分为治疗组及对照组；治疗组给予复方氟米松软膏治疗，1次/天，同时给予皮肤屏障保湿剂治疗，1次/晚，对照组白天及晚上各外用复方氟米松软膏，2次/天；治疗4周后评估临床疗效及8周后复发率。结果用药4周后，治疗组痊愈14例，痊愈率为35%，总有效35例，总有效率为87.5%，对照组痊愈12例，痊愈率为30%，总有效31例，总有效率为77.5%。两组之间差异无统计学意义（X2=1.39，P>0.05）；8周后，治疗组复发4例，复发率为28.57%；对照组复发9例，复发率为75.00%。两组之间差异有统计学意义（P0.05); 8 weeks later, the treatment group 4 cases recurrence, the recurrence rate was 28.57%; 9 cases of control group recurrence, the recurrence rate was 75.00%. The differences between the two groups was statistical y significant (P < 0.05), treatment group recurrence rate significantly lower than the control group. Conclusions: Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Skin Barrier Emulsion in the treatment of neurodermatitis of 4 weeks has better clinical efficacy, recurrence rate after 8 weeks than single Compound Flumetasone Ointment low recurrence rate.
