将大唐王朝称之为大唐共和国,将中国古代的君主专制简单地称为君主制度,甚至将君主专制称为民主制度。这不仅混淆了君主专制与君主立宪的内在不同,而且混淆了君主专制与民主制度的外在区别。民主绝对不是领导者的态度、作风、风度,从根本上讲,民主是国家政体、政府形式、政治制度。无论是资本主义民主还是社会主义民主,都有其确定无疑的实质和内涵。
The Tang Dynasty will be called the Tang Dynasty, the ancient monarchy in ancient China simply called the monarchy, and even monarchy as a democratic system.
