1.使用硅石作为熔剂的背景: 我厂两座100m~3级高炉,总炉容220m~3,今年八月份之前,因机烧未能达产,所用炉料结构为高碱度烧结矿(R=1.6~1.8)与酸性球团矿(R=0.6~0.8)各1/2,使用熔剂为石灰石并配入一定量的白云石。冶炼过程中有三个明显的缺陷是: (1)球团矿价格高,比例大,导致入炉矿石成本高。 (2)因机烧的粒度小,球团的粒度大,使用1/2球团矿时中心往往自动加重。
1. The use of silica as a flux background: I plant two 100m ~ 3 blast furnace, the total capacity of 220m ~ 3 furnace until August this year, due to machine burning failed to reach production, the charge structure used for the high alkalinity sinter (R = 1.6 ~ 1.8) and acidic pellets (R = 0.6 ~ 0.8) each 1/2, using flux as limestone and blending a certain amount of dolomite. There are three obvious defects in the smelting process: (1) high pellet prices, a large proportion, resulting in high cost of ores into the furnace. (2) due to the small size of the machine burning, the pellet size is large, the center is often automatically increased when using 1/2 pellets.
