经济体制要改革,思想观念要转变,社会主义经济理论研究的方向、重点、任务自然也需要改变。长期以来,经济理论研究是以生产资料所有制关系、计划经济为出发点、为轴心开展的。现在,应以市场经济为出发点、为轴心展开。这就要求经济理论研究不仅要在方法上加以转变,更重要的是要求研究者的思维方式、基础理论要有一个根本性的转变。或者说,经济理论研究也需要有一个根本性的改革,以便正确地指导市场经济发展实践。 The economic system needs to be reformed and its ideology and concepts must be changed. The direction, emphasis and tasks of the study of socialist economic theory also need to be changed naturally. For a long time, economic theory has been based on the ownership of the means of production and the planned economy as the starting point. Now, we should take the market economy as a starting point and focus on the axis. This requires that the study of economic theory should not only be changed in the method, but more importantly require the researcher’s way of thinking and the fundamental theory should have a fundamental change. Or, economic theory research also needs to have a fundamental reform in order to correctly guide the practice of market economy.
