为了制备具有优异抗氧化性能的复合镀层,试验采用双脉冲电源,在舰船高温排烟管试样表面沉积Al_2O_3-CeO_2/Ni纳米复合镀层,通过抗氧化性能测试,研究了Al_2O_3纳米颗粒浓度和CeO_2浓度对复合镀层抗氧化性的影响。试验表明,复合镀层的微观组织随着Al_2O_3颗粒的添加细化晶粒,当镀液中纳米CeO_2颗粒浓度增加到1.5 g/L时,晶粒尺寸分布均匀,同时镀层表面平整、致密;复合镀层的抗氧化性随镀液中纳米Al_2O_3浓度增加而增加,随CeO_2浓度的增加先降低后增加。
In order to prepare composite coatings with excellent oxidation resistance, Al 2 O 3-CeO 2 / Ni nanocomposite coatings were deposited on the surface of high-temperature exhaust pipe samples by double pulse power supply. The oxidation resistance of Al 2 O 3 / CeO 2 / Effect of CeO_2 Concentration on Oxidation Resistance of Composite Coating. The results show that the microstructure of the composite coating is refined with the addition of Al 2 O 3 particles. When the concentration of nano-CeO 2 in the plating solution increases to 1.5 g / L, the grain size distribution is uniform and the surface of the coating is smooth and dense. The oxidation resistance increases with the concentration of nano-Al 2 O 3 in the bath and then decreases with the increase of CeO 2 concentration.
