搭建了R32变频热泵热水器的实验台,对冷却水流量、电子膨胀阀开启度、压缩比、过冷度、过热度等与频率(40~90 Hz)之间的关系进行了试验研究。结果表明,在一定压缩机频率下,R32变频热泵热水器存在最佳的冷却水流量和最佳的电子膨胀阀开度,对应系统的COP最大;系统的压缩比和过热度随压缩机频率的增大而增大,而过冷度随压缩机频率的增大而减小。
The experiment bench of R32 frequency conversion heat pump water heater was set up. The relationship between cooling water flow rate, electronic expansion valve opening degree, compression ratio, supercooling degree and superheat degree and frequency (40 ~ 90 Hz) was studied. The results show that at a certain compressor frequency, the R32 variable frequency heat pump water heater has the best cooling water flow rate and the best electronic expansion valve opening degree, corresponding to the maximum COP of the system. The compression ratio and superheat of the system increase with the compressor frequency Large and increase, while the degree of subcooling decreases with the compressor frequency increases.
