无功能性肾上腺肿瘤绝大多数无临床症状，因此临床发现较少。我院自1985年以来，经B超或CT检查发现并经术后病理证实的无功能性肾上腺肿瘤18例，现报道如下。1临床资料18例中，男10例，女8例；年龄17～62岁，平均46岁。14例无症状，在体检时经B超检查发现；3例有轻度腰痛；1例 The vast majority of non-functional adrenal neoplasms have no clinical symptoms and therefore have fewer clinical findings.
