校企合作,作为当今职业教育发展的一个重要方向,可使得学校和企业充分发挥各自的优势,共创“产学双赢”的局面。因此,加强对校企合作模式的研究就显得尤为重要。通过对美国、英国等五个发达国家的主要校企合作模式进行对比与分析,借鉴其成功的经验,以期为我国校企合作模式的选择、创新与发展提供参考。
As an important direction for the development of vocational education today, schools and enterprises can make schools and enterprises give full play to their respective advantages and create a win-win situation between production and learning. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the research on the mode of school-enterprise cooperation. Through the comparison and analysis of the major school-enterprise cooperation modes in five developed countries such as the United States and Britain, and drawing lessons from their successful experience, this paper can provide reference for the choice, innovation and development of the school-enterprise cooperation mode in our country.
