目的:观察甘肃道地药材岷归对去卵巢更年期模型大鼠雌性激素、子宫指数和肾上腺指数的影响。方法:采用雌性大鼠卵巢摘除术法造模,以Elisa法检测大鼠血清雌性激素雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)及重量法计算子宫指数、肾上腺指数。结果:岷归高剂量(1.35g/kg)、岷归中剂量(0.90g/kg)、岷归低剂量(0.45g/kg)组均能改善卵巢摘除后引起的大鼠血清E2含量下降水平,且作用强度与剂量呈正向相关趋势;岷归高、中剂量组能降低血清FSH的浓度,岷归高中低剂量均有提高血清LH浓度的趋势,均能降低血清PRL的浓度,均能提高子宫、肾上腺指数。结论:甘肃岷归(0.90~1.35g/kg/d)对去卵巢更年期模型大鼠的E2、FSH、PRL、子宫和肾上腺指数具有较好的调节作用,提示岷归可改善因卵巢摘除后引起的大鼠下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能的异常,并减缓子宫、肾上腺功能的衰退。
