唾液酸酶测定在细菌性阴道病中的应用价值

目的探讨唾液酸酶检测在细菌性阴道病(BV)诊断中的应用价值.方法分别采用唾液酸酶检测诊断法和传统临床诊断法对230例妇科门诊病例进行细菌性阴道病诊断的比较研究.结果唾液酸酶检测诊断法,筛查BV阳性率为33.9%(78/230);临床诊断法判定BV阳性率为30.9%(71/230);两种诊断方法的符合率达94.3%(217/230).与临床诊断法比较,唾液酸酶测定诊断法敏感性为95.8%,特异性为93.7%,阳性预测值为87.2%,阴性预测值为98%.结论提示唾液酸酶检测是诊断BV的客观、简便、有效的方法,
