目的 :探索低温温控射频消融技术在耳鼻咽喉科的应用。方法 :使用德国产双极低温温控射频仪 ,及随机所带各种不同射频针 ,分别对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症、肥厚性鼻炎、变应性鼻炎、耳廓假性囊肿、舌根部淋巴组织瘤样增生、鼻和咽部毛细血管瘤进行了低温双极射频消融治疗。并对所治疗病例作了 3个月和 6个月的随访。结果 :上述经低温双极射频消融治疗的患者均获得了较好的疗效。结论 :低温双极射频消融术可以治疗较多的耳鼻咽喉科疾病 ,其特点是 :消融组织范围较为精确 ;术后并发症较少 ;效果确实 ;操作简单 ,易于掌握 ,是一种较有前途的微创手术
Objective: To explore the application of cryogenic temperature control radiofrequency ablation in otolaryngology. Methods: Bipolar temperature-controlled radiofrequency instrument was used in Germany and different kinds of radiofrequency needles were used to measure obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, hypertrophic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, auricle pseudocyst, Tongue lymphoid tissue tumor-like hyperplasia, nasopharyngeal capillary hemangiomas underwent cryogenic bipolar radiofrequency ablation. The cases treated were followed up for 3 months and 6 months. Results: The above patients underwent cryogenic bipolar radiofrequency ablation have achieved good results. Conclusion: Bipolar radiofrequency ablation can treat more diseases of otorhinolaryngology. Its features are: the range of ablated tissue is more accurate; the postoperative complications are less; the effect is definite; the operation is simple and easy to grasp, which is a promising one Minimally invasive surgery
