消极情绪是心情低落和陷于不愉快激活境况的基本主观体验,包括各种令人生厌的情绪状态,如愤怒、憎恶等。在组织中,消极情绪的产生不仅导致气氛消极、工作倦怠,还可能引起员工绩效不稳定乃至低下,使组织蒙受损失。据调查,我国职场在职人士工作中的正面情绪体验很少,负面情绪体验得分较高。消极情绪已成为现阶段组织研究不可忽视的问题,是人力资源管理一个新热点。
Negative emotions are the basic subjective experiences of depressed mood and unpleasant activation, including a variety of annoying emotional states such as anger, hate and so on. In the organization, negative emotions not only lead to the negative atmosphere, job burnout, but also may lead to staff performance instability or even lower, so that the organization suffered losses. According to the survey, there are few positive emotional experiences in working people in the workplace in our country and a higher negative emotional experience score. Negative sentiment has become an issue that organizations can not ignore at this stage, and is a new hot spot in human resource management.
