为提高投资效益,建设单位财务部门参与建设项目管理极为重要。本文认为,建设单位财务部门参与工程管理应从以下五个方面着手:参与项目的可行性研究和评估,加强对年度基建计划的制订和审查;参与建设项目概(预)算和标底的编制与审查;做好建设项目招标工作;参与工程施工全过程的财务管理和监督;严格按有关规定做好工程决算的编审,及时办理已完工程价款结算。
In order to improve the investment efficiency, it is extremely important for the financial department of the construction unit to participate in the construction project management. This paper argues that the finance department of the construction unit should participate in the project management from the following five aspects: to participate in the feasibility study and evaluation of the project, to strengthen the annual infrastructure plan formulation and review; to participate in the construction project budget (pre) calculation and the bottom of the compilation and review ; Do a good job bidding for construction projects; participate in the financial management and supervision of the whole process of construction; do a good job in compiling and reviewing the final accounts of projects in strict accordance with the relevant provisions;
