人有软肋,有弱点。人和人往往因环境和成长过程的不同而产生不一样的弱点。机会是公平的,所以才会有得有失。大到浩瀚宇宙,小到虾兵蟹将,都有自己的弱点。基于孩子们要求进步的愿望不能被否认这一点,老师理应对他们给予关注,从语言、行动到心灵,点点滴滴,细细渗透。一、亲近每个孩子,让他们对老师充满信任作为老师,对孩子的亲近会大大增加他们参加活动的兴趣。他们感到老师亲切、安全,便会乐于与老师交流,交流是打开心灵大门的钥匙。
