试验采用遗传方差分析法,对22个青海蚕豆品种(系)的株高等8个性状的遗传变异系数、广义遗传力、遗传进度、遗传相关等参数进行了估测。结果表明:遗传变异系数以结荚高度、单株荚数、粒数最大,百粒重、单株产量和结荚节数中等,有效枝最低;广义遗传力以株高、百粒重最高,单株荚数等性状中等,有效枝、单株产量最低;遗传进度以株高、结荚高度和百粒重最大,遗传进度相对值以结荚高度、单株荚数、粒数和百粒重最高;各性状与单株产量间的遗传相关均为正值,其中株高、单株荚数、结荚高度达显著或极显著水准;株高和结荚高度对单株产量的相关遗传进度和相对效率最大,并高于对单株产量直接选择的遗传进度。本研究结果为改良青海蚕豆品种(系)提供了选择依据。
Genetic variation analysis was used to test the genetic variation coefficient, general heritability, genetic progress and genetic correlation of 8 plant height traits in 22 Qinghai broad bean varieties (lines). The results showed that the genetic variation coefficient was the lowest in pod height, pod number per plant, the largest number of grain, 100 kernel weight per plant, Plant number of pods and other traits moderate, effective branches, the lowest yield per plant; genetic progress to plant height, pod height and maximum weight of 100, the relative genetic progress pod height, pods per plant, grain number and 100 The genetic correlation between the traits and the yield per plant were positive. The plant height, pod number and pod height reached significant or extremely significant level. The related inheritance of plant height and pod height to single plant yield The progress and relative efficiency are the highest, and higher than the genetic progress of the direct selection of the yield per plant. The results of this study provide a basis for selection of improved varieties of broad bean in Qinghai.
