"智慧城市"已经成为当前中国城市建设和区域经济发展最重要的主题之一,也是"十二五"中国城市和区域发展的重要内容。本文首先分析智慧城市的概念与特征,然后结合现实明确智慧城市建设过程中存在的相关问题,接着确立智慧城市建设的目标,进而在建设目标的引导下,给出智慧城市建设切实可行的选择路径。
