轮边牵引电动机是电传动自卸车驱动系统的重要动力部件。为了根据自卸车的牵引特点设计高效、匹配的牵引电动机,根据自卸车整车动力性要求,计算并绘制驱动力牵引特性曲线,得到电动机的理想外特性曲线。设计中选用高效率的永磁同步电动机,并结合电磁场有限元软件Ansoft进行模拟仿真和验证,提出了一种从整车动力性的角度对自卸车轮边电动机驱动系统动力特性进行设计和分析的方法,并给出了整个设计及程序流程。设计实例表明,该方法可以较好地完成设计及工作要求。
The wheel traction motor is an important power component of the electric drive dump truck drive system. In order to design an efficient and matching traction motor according to the traction characteristic of the dump truck, the traction characteristic curve of the traction force is calculated and drawn according to the dynamic requirement of the dump truck, and the ideal outer characteristic curve of the motor is obtained. In the design, the high efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor is selected and combined with the electromagnetic field finite element software Ansoft to simulate and verify. The dynamic characteristic of the wheel motor of the dump wheel is designed and analyzed from the perspective of vehicle dynamics Method, and gives the entire design and program flow. The design example shows that this method can finish the design and work requirements well.
