目前国外整体铸钢车轮性能已提高到与辗钢车轮同等的性能水平。国内参照美国铁道协会标准(AAR-M208-83)试制的整体B级铸钢轮,在强度、硬度等项常规力学性能上达到国产碳素辗钢车轮的实际水平。对这一新型整体铸钢轮还在断裂力学性能方面进行试验,并借以研究车轮的制造工艺及冶金因素对材料断裂力学性能的影响。车轮在使用过程中的应力条件极其复杂,直接用KIc等断裂力学性能指标进行安全分析是困难的。但在相同的使用环境下可以把应力条件看作是相同的,而着重研究车轮钢的内在因素以及这些内在因素对外界作用的反映规律,从而得出安全判据。实践证明,这种考虑是可行的。
At present, the overall foreign steel wheel performance has been increased to the same level of performance with the steel wheels. According to the standard of AAR-M208-83, the whole Class B cast steel wheel manufactured in China meets the actual level of domestic carbon steel wheel on the conventional mechanical properties such as strength and hardness. The new type of integral steel wheel is also tested in terms of fracture mechanics, and to study the wheel manufacturing process and metallurgical factors on the fracture mechanics properties. The stress condition of the wheel during use is extremely complicated. It is difficult to directly analyze the fracture mechanics performance index such as KIc. However, under the same conditions of use, the stress conditions can be regarded as the same, but the internal factors of the wheel steel and the reflection rules of these internal factors on the outside world are emphatically studied to obtain the safety criterion. Practice has proved that this consideration is feasible.
