人才是发展的动力,人力资源管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,人力资源管理流程应当符合自身的发展需要,符合市场的发展形势。随着电力企业的改革和市场化经济的发展,电力企业的人力资源管理流程需要进行改变和优化。基于此,从流程与流程再造的概述入手,分析电力企业人力资源管理流程的变化,探讨电力企业人力资源管理流程再造。
Talent is the driving force of development, human resource management is an important part of business management, human resources management processes should meet their own development needs, in line with the development of the market situation. With the reform of power enterprises and the development of market-oriented economy, human resources management processes of power enterprises need to be changed and optimized. Based on this, starting from the overview of process and process reengineering, this paper analyzes the change of human resource management process in power enterprises and discusses the reengineering of human resource management processes in power enterprises.
