对采用ClO2 漂白脱墨纸浆时纸浆中的荧光增白剂与ClO2 的反应性进行了研究。结果表明 :在脱墨纸浆的漂白过程中 ,H2 O2 漂剂可以提高脱墨纸浆的白度 ,但不能有效去除浆中的荧光增白剂 ;ClO2 漂剂可以有效去除浆中的荧光增白剂 ,但经其漂白处理后纸浆的白度下降。在ClO2 漂白脱墨纸浆时 ,ClO2 可以氧化纸浆中的荧光增白剂 ,使其降解为酸类物质 ,从而使浆中的荧光增白剂得到去除。
The reactivity of fluorescent brightener with ClO2 in the bleaching of deinked pulp with ClO2 was studied. The results show that the H2O2 bleaching agent can improve the whiteness of the deinked pulp during the bleaching of the deinked pulp, but can not effectively remove the fluorescent whitening agent in the pulp. The ClO2 bleaching agent can effectively remove the fluorescent whitening agent in the pulp , But after bleaching the whiteness of the pulp decreased. In ClO2 bleaching deinked pulp, ClO2 can oxidize the optical brightener in the pulp, causing it to degrade to acids so that the optical brightener in the pulp is removed.
