观察早期口服四君子汤加味对烫伤大鼠肠道分泌S -IGA的影响。方法 :复制大鼠烫伤模型 ,随机分为正常对照组、烫伤中药治疗组、烫伤对照组 ,用放射免疫分析法检测伤后各时相点回肠粘液中S -IGA的含量。用免疫浊度方法测量伤后各时相点血浆IGA含量。结果 :烫伤对照组回肠粘液S -IGA以及血浆IGA均明显降低 ,而烫伤中药治疗组回肠粘液中S -IGA以及血浆IGA均明显高于烫伤对照组 ,且与正常对照组无明显差别。结论 :提示早期口服中药四君子汤加味能明显维持肠粘膜细胞分泌S -IGA的功能 ,对防治烧伤后细菌或毒素移位有重要意义。
Observed the effect of oral administration of Sijunzi Decoction on the secretion of S-IGA in scalded rats. Methods: Rat scald models were duplicated and randomly divided into normal control group, scald Chinese medicine treatment group and scald control group. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the content of S-IGA in ileum mucus at each time point after injury. The plasma IGA levels were measured at each time point after injury by immunoturbidimetry. Results: S-IGA and plasma IGA were significantly decreased in the scald control group. S-IGA and plasma IGA in the ileal mucus of the scald Chinese medicine treatment group were significantly higher than those in the scald control group, and there was no significant difference from the normal control group. Conclusion :It is suggested that the oral administration of Sijunzi Decoction in early oral administration can maintain the function of S-IGA secretion in intestinal mucosal cells, and it is of great significance for prevention of bacterial or toxin translocation after burn.
