干部教育培训基地是干部培训的必要条件,是干部不断充实知识的“加油站”。县委党校作为党员干部培训的主阵地,在干部培训中发挥着不可替代的职能作用。特别是在新形势下,大量年轻干部不断被提拔到重要领导岗位,他们作为跨世纪人才,迫切需要加强马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想的系统培训。中国加入WTO,经济全球化趋势日益形成,我们的干部迫切需要新形势、新任务、新方法等方面的全面培训。县委党校在这种新形势、新任务面前如何承担起新时代和党组织的重托?这不仅仅是党校自身的问题,而且也是县一级党委的重大课题。县委组织部作为县委的工作部门,肩负着培养、选拔、使用和管理干部的重要职责,与县委党校有着密不可分的工作联系。在工作实践中,县委组织部立足自身职能作用,在县委的统一领导下,始终把强化党校的培训基地建设作为重点,积极探索干部培训新方法,不断深化干部培训改革,使党校在干部培训中的职能作用得到了充分发挥。
