病例摘要患者女性,58岁,已婚,2月来咳嗽、胸闷、气短,右下胸痛2日,于1982年6月3日住院。患者于1982年3月始感胸闷、气短、阵发性咳嗽,有少量白色泡沫样痰,每日量20～30ml 左右。无发热、咯血、盗汗、消瘦等。入院前2日突然出现右下胸剧痛,呼吸时加重,并有低热来院就诊,X 线胸透发现右侧有中等量胸膜腔积液,曾抽胸水2次,胸水检查:草黄、微混、比重1.018,李凡他氏试验(?),红细胞少许,白细胞2,100,中性22%,淋巴78%。蛋白定量4.8g%,糖109mg%,pH7.542,乳酸脱氢酶正常。痰多次找抗酸杆菌均阴性。患者出生于南京,无慢性咳嗽或咯血史。父死于 Case Summary Female patient, 58 years old, married, coughing in February, chest tightness, shortness of breath, right lower chest pain on the 2nd, was hospitalized on June 3, 1982.
