稠油O/W乳状液的性质复杂,其静态稳定性和黏度是选择确定输送工艺的重要指标。使用两种稠油和3种乳化剂成功地在高温及高矿化度等条件下,制备出O/W乳状液,确定了乳状液的制备条件,筛选出适合不同条件的乳化剂。通过测量O/W乳状液在不同制备条件下的黏度和析水率随时间的变化,分析各因素对乳状液性质的影响规律,得到了O/W乳状液黏度和稳定性随含水率、搅拌条件、温度、矿化度以及p H值的变化规律,完善了O/W乳状液黏度的预测模型。
The properties of heavy oil O / W emulsions are complex and their static stability and viscosity are important indicators for choosing the delivery process. Using two kinds of heavy oil and three kinds of emulsifier, the O / W emulsion was successfully prepared under the conditions of high temperature and high salinity. The preparation conditions of the emulsion were determined and the emulsifiers suitable for different conditions were screened out. The influence of various factors on the properties of the emulsion was analyzed by measuring the viscosity and the rate of water evolution of the O / W emulsion under different preparation conditions. The viscosity and the stability of the O / W emulsion were obtained as a function of moisture content, Conditions, temperature, salinity and p H values, the prediction model of viscosity of O / W emulsions was improved.
