金、铂和硫化物离子选择电极作为硫化物溶液中Eh测量传感器的比较

This comparison is based on measurement accuracy, response time, pH vs. repeatability, etc. The Eh was measured every 10 times the change in the hydrosulfide ion concentration, and the sensitivity of each electrode to the change in the hydrosulfide ion concentration was determined according to the change of Eh. Based on a detailed study of the electrode processes occurring on the gold and platinum electrode surfaces, it was proposed that these electrodes respond to changes in the concentration of hydrosulfide ions in the solution over the pH range studied. In comparison, it is known that the sulfide ion selective electrode responds to changes in the activity of sulfide ions in the solution. Although the potentials measured with gold and platinum electrodes are mixed potentials, a signal suitable for process control can be obtained using a pretreatment method. To control the hydrosulfide ions in the flotation slurry, a gold electrode preconditioned at 1.0 V relative to a standard hydrogen electrode was constructed.
