诚信建设促进了市场繁荣与行业发展;但在目前我国房地产市场处于繁荣发展的背后,不诚信的现象依然存在。今年9月召开的中国房地产诚信建设会议上,在全国150余家企业荣获“中国房地产诚信企业”殊荣的同时,“中国房地产诚信建设基金”的设立,既标志着我国房地产业诚信建设进入一个新的阶段,也表现出了房地产诚信建设仍然任重道远。做到诚信,就要避免失信;有了前车之鉴的失信“教训”,才能更好地做到诚信。因此,本刊总结了影响房地产市场诚信建设的10种现象,现给予剖析。价格不符、面积缩水、虚假广告、欺骗贷款、偷税漏税等违规、不法行为依然存在,不诚信也阻碍了社会、行业的稳步前进。如何做到诚信、避免失信,成为行业重点研究的课题。
Honesty construction has promoted the prosperity of the market and the development of the industry. However, at present, the real estate market in our country is behind the prosperity and development, and the phenomenon of dishonesty still exists.
