国家开发投资公司、云南红塔(集团)总公司、云南省投资公司、云南省电力公司四方按5:3:1:1的出资比例组建的云南大朝山水电有限责任公司,于1994年底正式成立。并于11月17～20日在昆明召开第1届董事会成立大会和董事会第1次会议。根据公司章程规定和各股东方委派,成立了公司第1届董事会和监事
Yunnan Dachaoshan Hydropower Co., Ltd., established by the National Development and Investment Corporation, Yunnan Hongta (Group) Corporation, Yunnan Provincial Investment Corporation, and Yunnan Provincial Power Corporation, with a ratio of 5:3:1:1, was officially established at the end of 1994. The first meeting of the first board of directors and the first meeting of the board of directors were held in Kunming from 17 to 20 November.
