目的:比较妈富隆和醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗药物流产后持续阴道流血的止血和月经恢复情况。方法:75例药物流产后2周仍持续少量阴道出血者经B超排除宫内妊娠物残留后随机分为两组,分别服用妈富隆和醋酸甲羟孕酮止血治疗,观察药流后半年内的月经恢复情况。结果:两组的完全止血率差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),但在药物流产后半年内月经周期和经量恢复方面,妈富隆组疗效优于醋酸甲羟孕酮组(u=2 759,P=0.006)。结论:妈富隆在药流后恢复月经周期的效果明显优于醋酸甲羟孕酮。
Objective: To compare Marvelon and medroxyprogesterone acetate in the treatment of medical abortion after continuous vaginal bleeding to stop bleeding and menstruation recovery. Methods: Seventy-five patients with vaginal bleeding after 2 weeks after medical abortion were randomly divided into two groups, treated with Marvelon and medroxyprogesterone acetate respectively. After six months after drug abortion Menstrual recovery. Results: There was no significant difference in complete hemostatic rate between the two groups (P> 0.01), but the effect of Marvelon group was better than that of medroxyprogesterone acetate group (u = 2 759, P = 0.006). Conclusion: Marvelon is superior to medroxyprogesterone acetate in resuming menstrual cycle after medical abortion.
